Off my Dinghy! While photographing pictures around a bay at Pine Point, ME, the lens captured a turf issue in the bird kingdom. A little sea bird was perched quietly on the edge of an unmanned floating dinghy, moored calmly on in the the salty lagoon. From out of nowhere, an aggressive angry gull swooped down. Large perfect sheer flapping wings pointed forward with tail fanned. The beak was open as if a verbal bully, displaying true distain for sharing any part of the vessel. It reminded me of a nag; picking, screaming and flapping around. I came to the reality that such behavior happens in all forms of life and in this case it was quite interesting and amusing to photograph.
